What could your tools be doing for you?

Tell me what you use and where your week goes. I’ll send you a handful of ideas for jobs that could run on their own, mostly with software you already pay for.

It takes about three minutes. AI turns your answers into ideas and emails them automatically. I get a copy too, but I don’t check each one before it goes. Treat them as a starting point, and reply if you’d like to talk one through.

This form is a small example of the idea. You fill it in once, and the follow-up takes care of itself.

Let’s start with what you’ve got.

Which tools do you use most days? (pick as many as you like)

The form hasn’t loaded. Please refresh the page or email me.

What happens after
you press send.

Your answers, put to work.

AI drafts the ideas from what you’ve told me, using the tools you named rather than a shopping list of new ones. A copy comes to me as well, so I can see what you’re up against.

A few ideas land in your inbox.

Three to five jobs that could run on their own, quickest wins first. The email suggests which you could try yourself and where you might need a hand. I’m happy to talk an idea through before you try it.

Then it’s over to you.

Try them, park them or reply if one catches your eye. If it’s easier to talk it through, I’m happy to have a free 30-minute chat. No pressure either way.

A few things you might be wondering.

Is it really free?

Yes. There’s nothing to pay and nothing to sign up to. If one of the ideas is worth building properly, we can talk about that separately, and you’ll see the scope and price in writing before anything starts.

What happens to my answers?

They’re saved in the system I use to keep track of enquiries, so I can reply if you get in touch. They’re sent to an AI service to draft your ideas and aren’t used for anything else. The privacy statement has the details.

Will I end up on a mailing list?

Only if you tick the box. Otherwise you’ll get your ideas, and you’ll only hear from me again if you reply.

Do I need to be technical?

Not at all. Describe your week the way you’d describe it to a friend. The ideas are written in plain English. If you’re unsure what a step involves, reply and ask me.
