By the end of this step we’ll both be clear on the problems we’re trying to fix and the kind of setup that would genuinely make your week easier.
Next, I put together a straightforward plan in plain English:
what I’d build or tidy (website, Notion, automations – or a mix)
which tools we’ll use and how they’ll connect
how long it’s likely to take and what it will cost
You’ll get this in writing so you can sit with it, ask questions and make sure it feels right. If something doesn’t quite fit, we tweak it together before anything starts.
Once you’re happy with the plan, I quietly get to work. I’ll design or refresh your website, set up your Notion CRM and build the automations so your tools start talking to each other.
You’ll see progress along the way, and we’ll make small adjustments as needed. When everything’s tested, I’ll record short Loom videos and give you simple notes so you know exactly how things work and what to do next.
